Psychedelic-420, also Psy-420 or just P-420, is a not very well-known, fan-made alternate of Shizuo Heiwajima. In some cases, he is said to be the virtual being or personification of an antivirus software program, living in a digital world with his counterpart, Virus 138. In other cases, he is portrayed as some type of cop or seeker of justice. Some fans consider him to be a failed prototype of Psychedelic Dreamer 02, more commonly known as Delic.
Personality[]
P-420's personality varies among fans depending on which background they choose to give him. When being portrayed as an antivirus software program, his personality can range anywhere from being good and almost righteous to being downright violent and maniacal. Fans who portray his violent side sometimes justify his tendencies by saying he has some degree of clinical insanity, making him even more dangerous than Shizuo Heiwajima. Out of all the Shizuo alternates, he has the potential to be the most dark and twisted.
On the other hand, when being portrayed as a cop or justice seeker, he tends to be a good person who believes in the law like any police officer. Of all the criminals, hackers are the least held responsible for their actions. This encourages P-420 to take on cases involving hackers, which is how he meets his rival, Vi-138.
Psychedelic-420 can either represent the violent side or righteous side of Shizuo's personality depending on how you want to portray him.
Appearance[]
P-420's outfit is similar to Shizuo's with a few distinct differences. He wears a white dress shirt underneath a black vest which, on rare occasions, has green highlights. Unlike Shizuo, who wears a black bowtie, P-240 wears a green tie which is usually loosened. He also wears a pair of green-tinted shades and a pair of short, black gloves. He wears green headphones that are also either black, white, or both. In fanart, he's often smirking while holding one or two guns, giving him a sort of badass look.

Virus 138[]
Fans tend to always ship him and his counterpart, Virus 138. Together, they have a love-hate relationship similar to Izaya's and Shizuo's.
